Your Order

1.1 Your order will be dispatched on the same day but no later than 2 working days.

1.2 We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected. If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against the card used at the time of purchase. No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any third party card or account.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at marketplace@organics.com contact us at the section “Contact seller” that you will find in the product page that you bought and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping and Customs Duty

1.1 Your order will be dispatched on the same day but no later than 2 working days. Delivery time is 2-10 working days in UK some cases 24-72 hours but could be longer due to external unforeseen circumstances. Delivery time to outside UK can be vary.

The company take photos about buyer`s parcel on a scale and checking weight before shipping and after your order was packed, shipping box closed and shipping label applied to the parcel. Company download images from camera when a buyer made a complain regarding the order and items. Images will be provided to PayPal if buyer paid via PayPal, to company`s legal service and the buyer. After receiving order it is the buyer or buyer`s representative responsibility to check as soon as possible and on the same day the parcel was accepted by buyer or representative the shipping box arrived unopened and all items are in the shipping box and in a good condition. 

We do not accept any next day complain and claim after parcels were accepted by buyer or representatives. 

1.2 All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.


1.3 We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfillment company or a full refund.

1.4 Missed parcel re-delivery

1.4 a) Missed Parcel Re-Delivery Cost Royal Mail
If you miss a discounted parcel delivery driver takes it to the local Royal Mail Delivery Office (not post office) where you can collect within 7-15 days. If you do not collect and your parcel was returned to the original address and we received it we will resend it for the original cost of second delivery.
We do not refund any missed delivery parcels.
The cost of shipping and re-packaging £2.95 + £0.50 repackaging =£3.45 up to 1.9 Kg

1.4 b) Missed Parcel Re-Delivery Cost UPS

If you miss a discounted parcel delivery driver takes it to the nearest UPS access point where you can collect within 5 days. If you do not collect and your parcel was returned to the original address and we received it we will resend it for the original cost of second delivery.

We do not refund any missed delivery parcels.

The cost of shipping and re-packaging £5.39 +£ 0.50 repackaging = £5.89 from  2.01 Kg - 4.0 Kg.
Missed Parcel Re-Delivery Cost UPS
If you miss a discounted parcel delivery driver takes it to the nearest UPS access point where you can collect within 5 days. If you do not collect and your parcel was returned to the original address and we received it we will resend it for the original cost of second delivery.
We do not refund any missed delivery parcels.
