Missed Parcel Re-Delivery Cost UPS
If you miss a discounted parcel or free delivery, driver takes it to the nearest UPS access point where you can collect within 5 days. If you do not collect and your parcel was returned to the original address and we received it we will resend it for the original cost of second delivery.
We do not refund any missed delivery parcels.
